Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit lascar.ch and use the contact form. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Controller

Michael Lascar, Rüterspüelstrasse 17, 8173 Neerach, Switzerland – michael@lascar.ch

Hosting

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with data centres in Switzerland and the EU, among others). When you visit, technically necessary data such as IP address, browser type, time and the page requested is processed in server logs to provide the website securely and reliably. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, optionally phone number, details about your event and your message) are sent to me by email and used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote if requested. You also receive an automatic confirmation at the email address provided. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the contact form against automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser (e.g. IP address, browser characteristics) to distinguish humans from bots. No advertising profiles are created.

Audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. The service works without cookies and without cross-site tracking; no personal usage profiles are created. Aggregated data such as page views, referrers, country and device type is collected.

Embedded videos (YouTube)

YouTube videos are only loaded when you click the preview. The privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com variant is used. When you play a video, data is transmitted to Google; Google's privacy policy applies.

External links

This website links to platforms such as Apple Music, YouTube and MX3. When you visit those sites, the respective provider's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to information about your personal data and to its correction or deletion. Please contact michael@lascar.ch.
